Our private tour guide and driver will show you the Angkor temples. This full day tour will guide you through the wonders of ancient Angkor Wat, the many faces of Bayon, and the wonders of Ta Prohm's jungle setting, as well as some of our lesser known temples, all with their own stunning story to tell. Our itinerary is focused on giving you a historical background and view of the most famous as well as hidden sites. Begin your day with a visit to the world famous magnificent Angkor Wat Temple (early-mid 12th century). After admiring the bas-reliefs, continue to visit the south gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon with its spectacular giant smiling Buddhas, the Baphuon, the Royal Enclosure, Terrace of the Elephants, and receive a unique monk blessing. In the afternoon after lunch, explore the Ta Prohm Temple ("Tomb Raider"), overgrown by colossal ancient trees.
